What types of events can your venue host?

We host a wide range of events including baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, engagement parties, small corporate gatherings, craft workshops and more. Our all-inclusive event space features stylish décor and flexible setups, perfect for creating unforgettable celebrations.

How many guests can the venue accommodate?

Our venue comfortably accommodates up to 40 guests, depending on your event layout and setup preferences. The space is designed to feel intimate yet versatile, perfect for small gatherings and celebrations.

Do you offer on-site parking?

Yes! We offer several convenient parking options for you and your guests. Our venue provides free on-site parking with four reserved spaces in the back lot for event hosts and vendors. We also have access to a nearby parking lot just a 2-minute walk away for added convenience. In addition, guests can take advantage of free street parking or metered parking along Ventura Blvd (free after 8 PM and all day Sunday).

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Please note that cooking, grilling, or using appliances such as air fryers is not permitted inside the venue.

Do you provide tables and chairs?

Yes! Every booking includes tables and our signature clear infinity chairs, accommodating up to 40 guests. We offer a variety of table sizes and layouts to fit your event style and setup needs.

Is there a kitchen or prep area available?

Yes! The venue features a convenient kitchenette with plenty of counter space, a full-size refrigerator and freezer, and a drink cooler — ideal for storing and prepping your food and beverages. There’s also an elegant buffet counter, perfect for displaying and serving your dishes during the event.

Do you allow alcohol on the premises?

Alcohol is permitted under specific guidelines. Vivid Venues does not provide or sell alcohol, and the renter assumes full responsibility and liability for any alcohol brought on site. Beer, wine, and seltzers are allowed. If you plan to serve hard liquor, a licensed and insured bartender is required.

How do I reserve the space?

You can book a private tour of the venue here. If you’ve already toured and are ready to move forward, simply contact us to confirm your date and complete your reservation. To secure your date, we require a 50% deposit. The balance 50% can be paid up to 14 days before the event.

Do you have preferred vendors?

Yes, preferred vendor list available upon request.

Can I bring outside rentals and vendors?

Absolutely! Outside rentals and vendors are welcome. Our flexible 8-hour rental packages provide plenty of time for setup and breakdown, making it easy to coordinate with your team and bring your vision to life.

Who is responsible for cleaning up?

We like to keep things simple! At the end of your event, please gather your trash and place it in the dumpster, and remove any personal items or decorations you brought. Our team will handle the final cleaning so you can wrap up your event stress-free.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel 45 or more days before your event, you’ll receive a full refund minus a $250 deposit.

Cancellations made within 45 days of your event are non-refundable, but we’re happy to help you reschedule your date based on calendar availability.
